The picnic beach area will be exclusive for you and your guests which includes:

1 8ft rectangular table
1 cocktail table
25 cups of fish food
Fees and Policies
The base fee for daytime rentals applies to 25 guests between the hours of 11AM and 2PM. Further fees apply for additional guests. All events must be concluded by 2PM.
Please note that Outback Oasis provides only the site, giving you full freedom to choose the vendors that perfectly match your mood and taste. You may also select vendors from our vendor list. Included in the rental Six (6) round picnic tables with umbrellas and one (1) eight foot rectangular cake table.
Unfortunately, being in a residential area we cannot have any type of amplified sound but acoustical music and sound is permitted.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $100 is due at the time you request your event date. The $100 date hold deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied toward the final payment, an additional $100 that constitutes a refundable security deposit, according to the terms of the Oasis rental agreement.

VENDORS
All vendors that facilitate services to all events at Outback Oasis must sign vendor agreement and provide a copy of their license and liability insurance naming Outback Oasis as additional insured. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Guests are defined as all people associated with the Daytime Celebration, including photographers, musicians or other vendors.
