Build A Fundraiser with Outback Oasis.

Your good cause deserves a great fundraiser.

Outback Oasis provides you with a picturesque setting. Providing you full freedom to choose your vendors, your organization essentially recruits your loyal supporters to raise funds for your good cause.

At Outback Oasis we are committed to providing you and your cause a successful fundraiser.

Fees and Policies

The base fee for daytime rentals applies to 100 guests between the hours of 10AM and 2PM. Further fees apply for additional guests, security, valet parking and event insurance. All events must be concluded by 2PM.

The base fee for evening rentals applies to 100 guests between the hours of 4PM and 8PM. Further fees apply for additional guests, security valet parking and event insurance. All events must be concluded by 8PM.

Please note that Outback Oasis provides only the site, giving you full freedom to choose the caterers, photographers, musicians or florists that perfectly match your mood and taste. You may also select vendors from our vendor list. Included in the rental 60″ round tables (15), cocktail tables (8) and white resin garden chairs (150).

Unfortunately, being in a residential area we cannot have any type of amplified sound but acoustical music and sound is permitted.

  • Daytime Base Rental Fee

    Sunday – Friday

    $1200.00
    (up to 100 guests)
    Includes Polk County Deputy Sheriff Security, Staff Fees, Event Liability Insurance and Set-Up/Clean-Up of Outback Oasis Tables and Chairs.

  • Each Additional Guest

    $10.00
    (maximum of 150 additional guests)

  • 7% sales tax applies to all fees unless a 501C is provided.
  • Evening Base Rental Fee

    Every Evening

    $1700.00
    (up to 100 guests)
    Includes Polk County Deputy Sheriff Security, Staff Fees, Event Liability Insurance and Set-Up/Clean-Up of Outback Oasis Tables and Chairs.

  • Each Additional Guest

    $10.00
    (maximum of 150 additional guests)

  • 7% sales tax applies to all fees unless a 501C is provided.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of $500 is due at the time you request your event date. The $500 date hold deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied toward the final payment, an additional $500 that constitutes a refundable security deposit, according to the terms of the Oasis rental agreement.

VENDORS

All vendors that facilitate services to all events at Outback Oasis must sign vendor agreement and provide a copy of their license and liability insurance naming Outback Oasis as additional insured. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Guests are defined as all people associated with the Daytime Celebration, including photographers, musicians or other vendors.
