Build A Fundraiser with Outback Oasis.

Your good cause deserves a great fundraiser.

Outback Oasis provides you with a picturesque setting. Providing you full freedom to choose your vendors, your organization essentially recruits your loyal supporters to raise funds for your good cause.

At Outback Oasis we are committed to providing you and your cause a successful fundraiser.

Fees and Policies

The base fee for daytime rentals applies to 50 guests between the hours of 10AM and 2PM. Further fees apply for additional guests, security, valet parking and event insurance. All events must be concluded by 2PM.

The base fee for evening rentals applies to 75 guests between the hours of 4PM and 8PM. Further fees apply for additional guests, security valet parking and event insurance. All events must be concluded by 8PM.

Please note that Outback Oasis provides only the site, giving you full freedom to choose the caterers, photographers, musicians or florists that perfectly match your mood and taste. You may also select vendors from our vendor list. Included in the rental 60″ round tables (15), cocktail tables (10) and white resin garden chairs (150).

Unfortunately, being in a residential area we cannot have any type of amplified sound but acoustical music and sound is permitted.

  • Daytime Base Rental Fee

    Sunday – Friday

    (for up to 50 guests)
    $500.00 min.

  • For Each Additional Guest Over 50 and Under 250

    (up to 200 additional guests)
    $10.00

  • 7% sales tax applies to all fees unless a 501C is provided.
  • Evening Base Rental Fee

    Sunday – Thursday

    (for up to 75 guests)
    $1125.00 min.

  • For Each Additional Guest Over 75 and Under 250

    (up to 175 additional guests)
    $15.00

  • 7% sales tax applies to all fees unless a 501C is provided.
  • Evening Base Rental Fee

    Friday & Saturday

    (for up to 75 guests)
    $1500.00 min.

  • For Each Additional Guest Over 75 and Under 250

    $20.00

DATE HOLD DEPOSIT

A date hold deposit of $500 is due at the time you request your event date. The $500 date hold deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied toward the final payment according to the terms of the Oasis Build A Fundraiser agreement.

VENDORS

All vendors that facilitate services to all events at Outback Oasis must sign vendor agreement and provide a copy of their license and liability insurance naming Outback Oasis as additional insured. NO EXCEPTIONS!

SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES

At Outback Oasis we hire deputies for all daytime events that serve alcoholic beverages and for all evening events. Outback Oasis will retain Polk County Sheriff Deputies at the sole cost to the client or hosting organization for $170 for a 5 hour minimum and $34 per hour thereafter.
